Return Policy

As a small family business, we accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if the wrong item was sent. You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note: We do not accept returns for accidentally ordered items or "change of mind."

How to Start a Return

- Contact Us: Use the "Contact" form in the navigation menu. You must include your Order # and photos of the damage or incorrect product.

- Approval: We will review your request. If approved, you are responsible for packaging and mailing the items to: 30189 395th Avenue, Bellevue, IA 52031.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds Once we inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for your bank to post the refund. Note: Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
